Dude... I'm gettin' a Dell

I like to keep my events, tasks, and contacts organized with Outlook, but my Palm m100 is too old to synch with it. Finally last week I bought a new Palm Pilot, the Tungsten E2 because it's affordable and synchs with Outlook. Today I installed the shiny new bugger, only to find out that my version of Outlook is too old to synch with the E2. So then the question was whether I should buy shiny new software for my old desktop computer. This is Year 3 for AnneMade Jewelry and therefore the last one in which I am allowed to show a loss before the IRS gets upset, so I bought a laptop today to kick off the Year of Expensive Equipment. Very exciting. I didn't go all out and get the razor-thin huge-screen lightspeed ultralight model, just one that would kick my desktop PC's butt. And I got it from the Dell Outlet, so that was a bargain as well. Sometimes I feel like this blog is a confessional, but most of the time I'm just sharing what I'm excited about. Today it's a computer, tomorrow a trip to the Big Apple!
