One of the things I like about summer is fresh fruit, especially berries. When I was little my mother used to take me blackberry picking in the stroller with a milk jug tied to her belt. I would say from my perch, "Mo' bewwies."
I tried a new beadweaving pattern to make a dodecahedron, which is a ball made of 10 pentagons. I used garnets because I have a lot of them, but since they are slightly irregular my dodecahedron started looking like a blackberry. So, I added a leaf and went with it.
