Cheryl sent me this article about Crocs, and I tend to feel the same as the author. They are the jelly shoes of the next generation, and I don't care how comfortable they are (more effective than orthopedic devices but even uglier). I do think they look okay on kids under 10, barring any decorative charms. I fear that they would be the only thing remaining to illustrate our culture after a nuclear war.
