Tonight Steve and I joined our friends for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner. We each brought different parts of the meal, so all together we had the complete spread -- turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, the works -- and Laura (the hostess) even brought out the china and crystal. Yes, that's something I normally do, but at a flurry pace; this week it's Nor'easter level.
